Free School Physicals

These special Saturday clinics will offer school and sports physicals.  We are not able to provide immunizations at these clinics.  Please contact your primary care provider or your local health department if your child needs immunizations. Here is a listing by county.  Lancaster County residents may contact the Lincoln/Lancaster Health Department at 402-441-8065.

Appointments are required for these clinics.  You can schedule your own appointment here or call Clinic with a Heart, Monday thru Thursday after 2:00 p.m.  If you are unable to attend one of the Saturday clinics, we are able to offer school and sport physicals during our regular clinics.  You can make an appointment by calling 402-421-2924, Monday thru Thursday after 2:00 p.m.
