Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in wanting to volunteer for Clinic with a Heart!  
  
It is important to Clinic with a Heart to orientate, provide training and to match our volunteers to service areas of the clinic that will best utilize their time and talents to serve our patients.  We will begin your application with a 3-step orientation and training process.
         
1.      Complete a volunteer application and return to Clinic with a Heart for review by the Volunteer Coordinator.  Once the Volunteer Coordinator has reviewed your application he/she will communicate with you regarding a clinic tour. 
 
2.      Tour a clinic.  Clinics are held the first 4 Tuesday's of each month and tours are given at 6:30 p.m.  If a placement has been assigned you will proceed to Step 3.  If there isn't a position available your application will remain on file for 6 months following the received date.

3.      Shadow and train in your assigned service area during clinic.  Complete any additional orientation training required for your service area.
 
All applicants must be 19 years of age to volunteer with Clinic with a Heart and must be able to make a 6 month commitment when considering volunteering. 
 
Once this 3-step process has been completed you are welcome to volunteer in your assigned service area at your scheduled clinic.  If you would like to volunteer at more than one clinic, please discuss being added to the substitute list during your interview.
