Clinic with a Heart, Inc. CLINIC WITH A HEART is a collaboration between Lincoln and Lancaster County’s faith community and Lincoln Action Program. A volunteer effort, our mission is to provide basic medical care and medication assistance to residents of Lincoln and surrounding communities who do not currently receive care because of financial, legal, language, awareness or other barriers.
